Private Signature Care exists for families and households who require more than a standard recruitment service. We work with a small number of clients at any one time, which means every search receives our full attention — and every family receives the personal, discreet service they deserve.
We do not operate a database of available candidates and invite you to browse. We conduct an active, bespoke search for each client, presenting only individuals we have personally interviewed and believe are genuinely right for your household.
The Engagement Process
Every placement follows the same careful, personal process.
Private Consultation
We begin with a private conversation — by telephone or in person — to understand your household, your requirements, and the qualities that matter most to you. There is no obligation at this stage, and everything discussed is held in the strictest confidence.
Bespoke Search
Once we have a clear picture of your requirements, we conduct an active search — drawing on our network, our candidate register, and our own professional contacts. We do not present candidates who are simply available; we search for the right person.
Candidate Presentation
We present a small number of carefully selected candidates — typically two to four — each accompanied by a detailed profile, our personal assessment, and the results of our vetting process. We will always explain why we believe each candidate is right for your family.
Interviews & Trial
We coordinate all interviews and, where appropriate, a paid trial period. We remain available throughout to offer guidance, answer questions, and support both family and candidate through the process.
Placement & Aftercare
Once a placement is confirmed, we assist with the practical arrangements — contracts, start dates, and any other considerations. We remain in contact after placement to ensure the relationship is working well for everyone, and we are always available should any questions arise.
What to Expect From Us
Absolute discretion
Every aspect of our work — from the initial enquiry to the placement and beyond — is conducted in complete confidence. We do not discuss our clients or their households with anyone outside the engagement.
Honest counsel
We will always give you our honest assessment — of candidates, of timelines, and of what is realistic. We would rather manage expectations carefully than make promises we cannot keep.
Personal attention
You will always deal directly with a senior member of the PSC team. We do not pass enquiries to junior staff or automated systems.
A thorough search
We do not present the first available candidate. We search until we find the right person — and we will tell you honestly if we believe the right person is not yet available.
