Candidate Terms & Conditions

These Candidate Terms and Conditions govern your registration with Private Signature Care and your use of our candidate placement services. By submitting an application to join our register, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Private Signature Care is a service division of Uganda Muslim Diaspora CIC (CIC 17345186). References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Uganda Muslim Diaspora CIC trading as Private Signature Care.

Registration on our candidate register is subject to successful completion of our vetting process, which includes identity verification, right to work checks, reference checks, and an enhanced DBS check where applicable. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion.

You must provide accurate and complete information in your application. Any misrepresentation or omission of material information may result in removal from our register and, where a placement has been made, notification to the client household.

We provide a free registration and placement service to candidates. We do not charge candidates any fees for registration, introduction, or placement.

We will introduce you to client households where we believe there is a suitable match. We do not guarantee that we will be able to find a placement for every registered candidate, and we make no representations about the number or frequency of introductions.

You acknowledge that client households have a legitimate expectation of privacy and confidentiality. You must not disclose the identity, address, or personal details of any client household to any third party, either during or after any placement.

This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of any placement and your removal from our register.

You agree to maintain the professional standards expected of a Private Signature Care registered candidate at all times, including during any introduction process and throughout any placement.

We reserve the right to remove you from our register at any time if we consider that your conduct falls below the standards we require, or if we receive credible complaints from a client household.

Private Signature Care acts as an introduction agency only. We are not your employer and are not responsible for the terms of any employment or engagement between you and a client household. All employment terms, including salary, hours, and conditions, are agreed directly between you and the client household.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to work in the United Kingdom (or the relevant jurisdiction) and for complying with all applicable employment and tax legislation.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By registering with us, you consent to us processing your personal data for the purposes of providing our placement services, including sharing relevant details with prospective client households.

These Candidate Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your registration or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
